Jim Completes The London City Marathon

What an incredible achievement! Jim has successfully completed the London Marathon in a fantastic time of 4:06:20, finishing 15,722nd out of nearly 59,000 participants. That places him solidly in a massive international field of runners, all taking on one of the world’s most famous endurance events.

The London Marathon is one of the “Abbott World Marathon Majors” and takes place every spring in the UK capital. First held in 1981, it attracts both elite athletes and everyday runners, with tens of thousands taking on the 26.2-mile (42.2 km) course each year. The route is known for its iconic scenery, passing landmarks such as Greenwich, Tower Bridge, the Thames Embankment, and finishing on The Mall near Buckingham Palace. Along the way, runners are supported by huge crowds, music, and charity supporters, making it one of the most energetic and uplifting marathon experiences in the world.

We are incredibly proud of Jim’s commitment and determination in reaching this milestone. Training for and completing a marathon requires months of preparation, discipline, and resilience, and his performance reflects all of that hard work.

A brilliant achievement, well done, Jim! Everyone is so proud at Reach Ability 🌟
