InTuition Awards Ceremony

 

On Wednesday, December 11th, InTuition learners, friends, and family members gathered at the Dill and Pickle Restaurant for a heart-warming awards ceremony. This special evening recognized the hard work and dedication of InTuition learners. This certainly marked a significant milestone in their personal and professional development journeys.

 

Celebrating Success

The highlight of the event was the presentation of QQI-accredited awards, where seven learners were honoured with major awards and two learners received minor awards in Employability Skills. Each award celebrated the learners’ commitment to growth and their impressive accomplishments over the course of their training.

Fran O’Hagan, InTuition Coordinator, spoke at the event, offering her congratulations to the learners for their incredible achievements. Fran also extended gratitude to the InTuition Team, Ritchie Grant (WWETB Community Training Officer), and the Reach Ability management team, whose support and collaboration have been instrumental in helping learners reach their goals.

 

About the InTuition Programme

InTuition is a unique Vocational Training Programme tailored for learners with extra support needs. Based in Kilcannon Garden Centre in Enniscorthy, the programme is managed by Reach Ability. It is funded by the Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board (WWETB).

This two-year programme equips learners with practical skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in the workplace. Upon successful completion, learners earn QQI certification in Employability Skills. This serves as a stepping stone to further opportunities in education, employment, and community engagement.
