Secondly, how do you play? Players serve underhand, aiming to land the ball in the opponent’s area. After the serve, players rally by hitting the ball over the net until one side commits a fault, such as missing the ball, hitting out of bounds, or volleying in the no-volley zone.

Lastly, why is this the perfect beginners racket sport?
✅ Easy to learn with simple rules
✅ Played on a smaller court, making it less physically demanding
✅ Social and welcoming for all ages

Badminton: Fast-Paced & Fun

Now, what exactly is Badminton? Badminton is a high-energy sport where players use lightweight rackets to hit a shuttlecock back and forth over a net. Badminton offers both singles and doubles play, creating an exciting mix of social and competitive action. Points rack up when the opponent misses the shuttlecock, hits it out of bounds, or commits a fault like touching the net. The first player or team to reach 21 points wins the set.

Finally, why it’s great for beginners:
✅ Helps improve hand-eye coordination and agility
✅ Easy to start with minimal equipment
✅ Great for both casual and competitive play
